2022 Phoenix Award-Winner for EPA Region 7
NCompass founder, Ron Carroll, was the co-recipient of the 2022 Phoenix Award for EPA Region 7 at the National Brownfield Conference in Oklahoma City, OK. Teaming up with St. Louis-based real estate development partner, Green Street, the urban area known as the Midtown Corridor was remediated, and nine separate redevelopment projects were closed, totaling 30 acres, serving as a catalyst for significant economic development in the region.
